The Wedding Singer!

Sometimes I think as college students we forget how important our family is...we drive 30 minutes or 3 hours away and settle into our dorms or apartments and are ready to be "on our own" yes we call home and ask to have 2o bucks in our account to order dominos...and go home to do our laundry for free...but do we take the time to spend with our family when your home? Some of us say yes... I have dinner with my parents or drop my sibling off at a friends house when I'm home. But now that we are in college...going towards 21 and truly being "adults" do you stop and think about our aunts and uncles...grandparents and our parents are on the same level as us? They are people who have fun and maybe even know how to party? This weekend I went to a wedding at the NE Aquarium in Boston and remembered how much fun it is just to be surrounded by family!

A Happy "Adult?" Couple!
(I'll admit I actually tried sangria in front of my grandparents--pretty gross!)

My Mom & I before they started "playing her song(s)"!

My Lola & I who later partied like a college freshman!

I have never seen my pop dance and this night he tried to teach me to cha-cha!

Best Friends can be "3 & 3/4" years old! :]
(Especially if they've both been pretty flower girls!)

  1. Love the pictures! Weddings really do make us remember what family means to us-even when that crazy drunk uncle comes out of the woodwork to do the 'lawn mower' repeatedly (even to slow songs!)

Family is so important and I think its crucial to recognize that and realize what family truly means.
